Delivery Information
We deliver throughout the UK and offer a range of delivery options including; dedicated day service, next day (orders to be placed before 12pm) and Saturday morning. Let us know your preferred delivery day, and we will do our best to make your delivery as seamless as possible.
Your order will be delivered on a pallet by a lorry with a tail lift. Your order can be wheeled to your desired location on your drive providing that the access is flat and on a suitable solid surface. We cannot wheel deliveries across grass, gravel or any lips/kerbs/steps. In these cases, the delivery will be left kerbside as close to your property as possible. The driver will not drive on to your property. Please ensure that someone is at your property to accept the delivery unless delivery instructions have been provided upon placing your order.
Delivery days/times are chosen at the checkout stage of your transaction. Aborted deliveries are chargeable.
For dedicated and next day services your order will be delivered between 8.30am & 5.30pm. On the day of delivery, we can upon your request, provide you with an approximate delivery time. Please contact our office on 01423 360212.
For Saturday morning delivery your order will be delivered between 8am and 12 noon.
Once your order has been booked out for delivery we will send confirmation via email.

Local Only Services
Choose where we put your logs - 3 options + stacking optional
- Grade 1 - delivery to a point other than curb side or drive £10
- Grade 2 - delivery with difficult access - wheelbarrow delivery £20
- Grade 3 - delivery with difficult access - hand carry logs £40
- Stacking Service - option to add stacking to a Grade 1, 2, 3 service - Dumpy Bags £20, Barrow Bags £15
Deliver to point services
If you require your logs to be placed in another location where our vehicles will not reach, we offer three kinds of “deliver to point” services. Please note this charge is per dumpy bag.
Grade 1 deliver to point £10
The logs will be placed on a set of wheels to take to the “deliver to point” location. The following criteria is required:
- If on a main road, parking outside the property is essential
- A suitable ground surface for our wheels is required
- The minimum width of the access route is to be 1 meter (this includes gate posts etc)
- The bags can not be moved down or upstairs
Grade 2 deliver to point £20
For customers with difficult access, the logs can be removed from the bag, placed in a wheelbarrow and delivered to your requested location, where they will be tipped out on the ground. The following criteria is required:
- If on a main road, parking outside the property is essential
- A suitable ground surface for our wheelbarrow is required
- The minimum width of the access route is to be 0.7m
Grade 3 deliver to point £40
For customers with difficult access, the logs will be removed from the bag, put in a tray and carried to your requested location where they will be placed back in the bag. This service does allow the logs to be taken up or down stairs. The following criteria is required:
- If on a main road, parking outside the property is essential
Stacking Service: Dumpy Bags £20, Barrow Bags £15
For ease and convenience, we are able to stack your logs for you. Please note this charge is per dumpy bag and excludes deliver to point charges.
